Excellent service and quality. They even read the notes on the order / shipment page and quickly responded / fulfilled my request. We were headed out of the country for a wedding and had been struggling with a really nice personalized gift option when I found this. Shipping times and rates were easily found and the company clearly displayed expected processing times. We really needed as quick of a turn around as possible in order to receive the shipment in time, they responded by the next day that the order was processed and out for delivery. I had even offered to pay extra if it was possible to expedite processing more than normal but they fulfilled my request any ways. That’s really going above and beyond and it left a lasting impression. The workmanship on the knives is outstanding and this is going to make a great gift! Thank you guys for all your diligence! When I made my initial order I had 3 sets selected with engravings. Trying to get the writing right I forgot my discount code at checkout. I emailed them and they found my order and refunded me the discount. Thought that was pretty cool. Love my knives. The handles are gorgeous. The edges were proper ground and appear very sharp to a novice eye. I'm anxious to cut some meat and see how they do.
